HHSAA Offers Reunion Services

In an effort to help reunion committees make their planning efforts as easy as possible, the Houlton High School Alumni
Association has developed a postcard that will make it easy to get their information out to their classmates.
The card will be custom printed with the specific class information as shown in the examples. This is a free
service to alums of HHS. Simply email HHSAA Executive Director, Jon McLaughlin, at jon@hhsalumassoc.
net with the information needed to be on the postcard:
• Reunion Conctact Person
• Contact Person’s Address • The place for the reunion
• Contact Person’s city, state & zip code • Time for the reunion
• What class year is the reunion celebrating • Cost for the reunion
• The date of the reunion • Contact Person’s phone number & email address
• How many cards you need printed.

The card will be mailed to the contact person’s mailing address. Please place your order as soon as all your information
is finalized, so we can ensure timely delivery for your mailing. Once received, simply add your mailing labels and a
stamp — or the HHSAA can handle the labeling and mailing for your class at no charge. All we need is your mailing
list, preferably in Excel format.
The HHSAA is developing additional services to support class reunion organizers. As new services become available,
your class representatives will be notified, and details will be posted on the HHSAA website.
