HHSAA Offers Reunion Services
In an effort to help reunion committees make their planning efforts as easy as possible, the Houlton High
School Alumni Association has developed a postcard that will make it easy to get their information out to
their classmates.
The card will be custom printed with the specific class information as shown in the examples. This is a free
service to alums of HHS. Simply email HHSAA Executive Director, Jon McLaughlin, at jon@hhsalumassoc.
net with the information needed to be on the postcard:
• Reunion Conctact Person • The place for the reunion
• Contact Person’s Address • Time for the reunion
• Contact Person’s city, state & zip code • Cost for the reunion
• What class year is the reunion celebrating • Contact Person’s phone number & email address
• The date of the reunion • How many cards you need printed.
The card will be mailed to the contact person’s mailing address. Order these as soon as all of your information is
known and finalized so that we might get these to you in plenty of time for your mailing. All you have to do is add
your mail labels and a stamp.
The HHSAA is working on additional services for class reunion organizers and as they are developed, your class reps
will receive information on them and they will also be listed on the HHSAA website.
