NEEDS YOUR HELP!

We apologize to the family of Delores York Jackins ’59 for
having spelled her first name incorrectly in the Spring/Summer
’21 newsletter. We try to make sure we get names correct as a
person’s name is important to the individual. Keeping the newsletter fresh and full of new

Submit articles on a routine basis. We

Donato ‘69, Paula Woodworth ‘70 and Barbara
McGillicuddy Bolton ‘61 for their work on articles
in the past.

We need others willing to do so. Several can
be written ahead and kept in our files and used
as needed. Articles can be on any topic that
one thinks might be of interest to the HHSAA
readership. Tales from days gone by are always well
received. Get permission from magazines to let us
reprint articles. With the internet you need not
be local to provide this service to the newsletter.
The White-Giberson Legacy… E-mail makes submitting articles convenient and

… Yesterday’s Desires – Today’s Realities! easy.

There is a need for someone to interview,
develop and write “Spotlight on Alumni” articles.
We would like to Editorial staff will help with suggestions of alums
recognize the following for articles. Again, this person can do several
people for their help: articles at once. This person need not be a local
alum.

David Grant '67 Have you ever considered lending a hand to the
Houlton High School Alumni Association, but
Janice Cowperthwaite '72 wondered how you could best help out? Many
folks have stepped forward to share their time and
Bart Dunn '79 talent in other areas. Help continue the legacy of

the North Star News by considering one of the
jobs listed above.
